Build-A-Bike

Eager for ways to get involved after last week’s Bike Drive? Join the City of Elyria and the Elyria Bicycle Education Center for BUILD-A-BIKE, a bike refurbishing volunteer opportunity. 

Seasoned bicycle mechanics, beginners, and volunteers with a heart for service are encouraged to arrive at West Park Garage (1200 Foster Avenue) between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM to help work on bikes that were donated for the 6/20 Bike Drive. 

*If you have tools, please bring them!* 

Refurbishing the bikes will allow for distribution to those in need, as well as sales to support repair cost for said distribution.
