We’re eagerly anticipating the upcoming 2024 Elyria Memorial Day Parade! The widespread excitement for expected participation suggests that we’re in for a festive occasion as we unite to honor and remember our fallen soldiers, the primary purpose of this day.
To secure your spot in the procession, kindly provide thorough responses to the application included with this invitation. The deadline for submissions is Wednesday, May 08 at 12:00 p.m. The Mayor’s office and Safety Service Director’s office will conduct weekly reviews of all applications. If your application or organization is approved, a team member will notify you, providing final details such as arrival time, staging location, and assigned division.
It’s essential to recognize that completing the application does not guarantee participation in the parade. No campaigning is permitted, although elected officials are welcome to participate without actively campaigning.
