Elyria UPP (Underpass Pride Project):
The Elyria UPP (Underpass Pride Project) began earlier this month, with the recent completion of the underpass paintings below the Washington Avenue bridge, and on East Bridge Street. Thank you to local business, TruCoat Painting, for helping us show our city pride. The colors for this project were chosen to reflect the colors of Elyria High School and Elyria Catholic. We are excited to spread more Elyria pride throughout our town with the completion of additional underpasses in the future, in partnership with other community organizations.
