Today, July 14, Murray Ridge Road will be closed to southbound traffic at the railroad crossing until approximately 3:00 p.m. while crews resurface a section of roadway.
Only emergency vehicles will be permitted through the closure. All other southbound traffic must detour west on State Route 113, then east on Telegraph Road/Lowell Street.
Motorists traveling through the area should expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes when possible.
