East Side Relief Sewer (ESRS) on Poplar update:

The ESRS project on Poplar is progressing and moving west. The intersection of Beebe & Poplar will be closed. The intersection of Hawthorne & Poplar will remain closed.
The intersections of Marseilles and Longfellow will be open, for those needed access to the north of Poplar.
