E. River St. will be closed at the overhead pedestrian bridge. Southbound traffic only, between E. Broad-4th/Eastern Heights.
E. River St. will be open northbound to the Emergency Room via 4th St. Thru traffic should use the posted detour of 4th St./East Ave./Broad St.
