Effective May 13, 2020 City of Elyria Council will accept written comments from the Citizens of Elyria for reading at the Elyria City Council meetings.
Comments must be limited to 200 words or less and contain no profanity. Please include your full name, address and phone contact. Council meetings are streamed live on the City of Elyria’s YouTube channel.

Must be received by 10:00 AM on Monday of the scheduled Council meeting. Late emails will be read at the next regular scheduled Council meeting.
