Beginning Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 6:00 a.m., work will begin on underground infrastructure in the roadway in front of Kokosing at 1539 Lowell Street. No traffic of any kind will be able to pass through this area while work is taking place.
All traffic must detour via Leo Bullock Industrial Parkway or State Route 113.
Traffic requiring access to addresses 300–1531 Lowell Street must enter via Lake Avenue.
Traffic requiring access to addresses 1539–1575 Lowell Street (including Kokosing) must enter via Murray Ridge Road.
This work is anticipated to be completed the same day—December 9, 2025—by approximately 6:00 p.m.
