Beginning Thursday, October 23, 2025, and continuing through Saturday, November 22, 2025, Furnace Street will be closed between Foster Avenue and State Route 57 for lead service line abatement.
Work will take place Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m.
There will be no through traffic and no emergency vehicle access permitted in the work zone. Only residents who live within the closure area will be accommodated.
All traffic must detour via West River Road North and State Route 57.
The project timeline is subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
