County Engineer’s Office will be resurfacing East River from City limits (near Calann Dr) south to Chestnut Ridge Rd in Carlisle Township.
Work is scheduled to begin on May 4th and continue until approximately June 24th.
The road will remain open, although, delays will likely occur.
