As of today, July 20th the Northbound direction of East Avenue between 16th Street and Wooster Street has reopened.
Southbound traffic must continue to detour via Middle Avenue.
The southbound Direction is anticipated to reopen tomorrow, July 21st by 9:00 a.m.
