Intermittent Road Closures on East Broad Street

Beginning Monday morning, October 13, 2025, dye testing will take place on East Broad Street between Concord Avenue and Fairlawn Avenue.
This testing helps the City identify connections between the storm and sanitary sewer systems to improve drainage and prevent future overflows. For the safety of workers, there may be intermittent road closures on East Broad Street between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. If traveling in the area, drivers are encouraged to use Clark Street as an alternate route to avoid possible delays.
