Utility Rules
Beginning November 1, 2025, current utility charges shall be due 20 calendar days from the billing date. Any utility bill balance not paid within 30 calendar days from the billing date will be considered delinquent and will be charged a delinquency fee of 5%. This fee will be added to your monthly utility bill in accordance with Elyria Codified Ordinances 939.302 and 109.12.
