The City of Elyria offers payment by phone for your convenience. The system accepts payments by using credit/debit card or your checking account information.

MAKING A TELEPHONE PAYMENT 

  1. Call the system at 440-326-1596
  2. You will need your full utility account number
  3. You will key in the account number without the dash (Example: Account number 100555444-001 should be entered: 100555444001)
  4. Follow the system prompts.
  5. At the end, you will hear your confirmation number after the payment has been approved.
