EAST POOL IS OPEN FOR THE SEASON

Hours of Operation:  Monday - Saturday: 1:00-5:00 p.m.

Closed Sundays!!

 

 

Mondays: 6/14, 7/5,7/26, 8/16  will be open until 8:30 p.m.

Pool may close due to inclement weather, low attendance, mechanical breakdowns or other unforeseen circumstances.

Admissions:  $3 for Youth (17 years and younger)

                    $4 for Adult  (18 years and older)

                      Youth under age of 2 are admitted free.

Pool Passes: $50 for Youth (17 years and younger)

                      $60 for Adult    (18 years and older)

                      Non-resident add $5

Season passes go on sale beginning May 11, at the Elyria Parks and Recreatio Department Main Office, or at the One-Stop Registration, May 22, East Recreation Center.

Pool Rentals:  $150.00 per hour, contact Lisa Bowman, 326-1500 to check for availability.

 

Swim Lessons:

Session I:    June 21-30              Deadline:  June 18

Session II:   July 12-21               Deadline:  July 9

Session III:   August 2-11           Deadline: July 30

 

Fees:  $45 per child

          add $5 for non-resident

          add $5 Late Fee, if spots available after registration.

Private Lesson:  $90 (six one half hour classes)

Each session will have eight (8) class periods.  All classes are 40 minutes in length and meet Monday-Friday the first week and Monday - Wednesday the second week.  Thursday and Friday are reserved as make-up days if needed. 

Cancelled Lessons

Every effort will be made to make-up cancelled lessons due to inclement weather or mechanical problems.  Refunds will not be issued for any lessons missed.

Cost: $3 per visit

Adult Lap Swim: 

Thursdays, 12:15 p.m - 1:00 p.m.

Cost: $2 per visit

Family Swims:

Saturdays June 19 - August 21, 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

Cost:  $3 Adult, $2 Youth

All youth 17 & under must be accompanied by an adult.  

Parent/Tot Water Classes:

August 2-August 11, 6:30 p.m.-7:10 p.m.

Cost: Resident: $45, Non-Resident $50

Junior Instructor Training:

June 15, 16, 17, 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

A training program designed for youth 12-15 years old who are willing to become instructors during our swim lesson program.  Must be able to swim 2 lengths of pool unassisted.  Registration and parent  signature required.  Training held at East Pool.

Swim Team:

June 28 - July 24, Meets on Saturdays: July 3, 10, 17 and 24.  Boys and Girls ages 6 to 17.  Practice:  Mondays & Wednesdays, 12:15-12:45 p.m.

Cost:  Resident: $45, Non-Resident: $50
