Our website is focused on three things: Communication, Celebration, and Connection.
Where you will go to get simple information like when is shred day, when’s the council meeting, where do I send my permit.
It’s also a place where we want to highlight our residents and businesses and celebrate their accomplishments. Graduations, grand openings, anniversaries, volunteerism, and all the accomplishments that Elyrians take pride in.
Finally. It’s about connection. We heard and have felt that many people for years have felt disconnected from the city. From the decision making process, from providing input and ideas to the city, and Elyrians want to be apart of the solution. This site is going to focus on engaging residents and organizational partners to engage residents in being apart of the change we seek to see.
This site is about taking a huge leap forward towards Elyria embracing the future and its digital transformation. Become a digital citizen and become a part of that process.
