We Ride: Bike Ride with Mayor Whitfield - South End

Get active & explore the City of Elyria by bike with Mayor Frank Whitfield! Each scheduled ride begins and ends in the City Hall Parking Lot, however, riders are able to join the ride at any point during the route. Bring some water and your energy – you’ll need it as you traverse our beautiful City. 

The July 1 Route explores the South End of Elyria, and is outlined below: 

• START: Elyria City Hall, 131 Court Street 
• Left on 2nd St. 
• Right to Middle Ave. 
• South on Middle Ave  to 16th St. 
• Left on 16th St. 
• Go into South Recreation Center 
• Make right; loop through South Rec/Park → Park & Talk 
• Turn left on 16th St. towards Middle Ave. 
• Right on Middle Ave. 
• Left on 15th St.
• Right onto West Ave.
• Left on 12th St.
• Turns into Riverside Dr. 
• Make right onto 8th St.
• Left on West Ave. 
• West to 2nd St
• Right to 2nd St. 
• END: Elyria City Hall, 131 Court Street
