Thursday, October 26th, 2023, Caroline St. at Gulf will be closed. This closure is anticipated for approximately 1 to 1½ weeks. Please use Harwood to Poplar. Use caution and reduce speeds in the construction area, as well as the neighborhood. As always, we appreciate everyone’s patience with the project.
