East River Rd. by UH will have a closure on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, only.
The northbound lane, in front of the UH Emergency Room exit will be closed to traffic. This closure is due to work performed at UH. Emergency vehicles may be flagged, if need be. Please use posted detour.
