To report leaks at the meter or outside the home, contact Elyria Public Utilities at (440) 326-1570.  Hours are M-F 8AM-4:40 PM

For after hours EMERGENCIES ONLY, contact the Elyria Police Department at (440) 323-3302.  They will dispatch a utility person to address meter leaks and to investigate watermain/service line leaks.
