10:00 AM : Aerobic Exercise, Floor Exercise, Shuffleboard, Walking & Blood Press Checks(until 11:00 AM).  Blood Pressure Checks provided by Elyria Fire Department

Tuesdays: 
10:00 AM:  Aerobic Exercise, Floor Exercise, Shuffleboard & Walking

Thursdays: 
10:00 AM Chair Exercise, Exercise with light weights, Shuffleboard & Walking

West Recreation Center 9:30 AM -12:30 PM

Wednesdays: 
10:00 AM:  Chair Exercise, Excercise with light weights, Rummicub or Cards, Modified Volleyball & Walking

Fridays: 
10:0 AM: Aerobic Exercise, Floor Exercise, Modified Volleyball & Walking

Amish Country Bus Trip

The trip will take place on Thursday, October 27, 2011.  The bus will depart East Recreation Center at 8:00 AM.  The bus will return to by 6:45 PM.  The cost of the trip is $52, which includes a day of shopping in Berlin, lunch at Farmstead Resturaunt, and stops at Heini’s Cheese Chalet, Kauffman’s Bakery, Sol’s and Lehmans.   Deadline for registation is Thursday, October 13, for additional information contact the main office at 326-1503.
