Adult Cardio Kickboxing/ Full Body Toning

This exciting class incorporate a total body workout.  Cardio kickboxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning.  Toning exercises are designed to work multiple muscle groups with each exercise and develop more “functional” musclar fitness. AFA Certified Instructor, Rick Haywood will teach the class at varying levels of personal fitness all can enjoy.

Classes are held at East Recreation Center

7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Fees
$25 per session/$30 Non-Resident
$5 Drop In fee per visit
$5 Late fee if registered after deadline

Equipment needed
Exercise Mat, a set of 1-2 pound weights and a water bottle.
