4. Slab- Prior to pouring concrete.

5. Rough- in on Heating, Plumbing, Electric & Framing:
aa- Prior to insulating structure.  

6. Insulation
aa- Prior to drywall.

6. Final
aa- Heating, Plumbing, Electric & Construction items are 100% aacompleted.  

7.  Grading
aa- Rough grade is established & the rearYard storm drain is aainstalled. Contact the Engineering Dept. for an inspection (326-aa1444)
